Taking its title from a Pablo Neruda love poem, the series weaves together portraits of her husband Paul with misty landscapes from Block Island, Rhode Island, during a deeply personal period marked by depression and distance. Where words fell short, the images stepped in, turning vulnerability into something tender and lasting.
