Aiz — eyes: The project unfolds as a diary without chronology, instinctive and far removed from linear narrative. The images, created between 2019 and 2026, emerge as traces of the artist's experience.
Felipe Bartolomé photographs from a place where skateboarding is the rhythm that shapes his life and movement, the structure that holds the sequence together. As the fragments come together, they trace a journey in which the camera does not observe from the outside, but moves like another body within it, without distance.
An open-ended narrative, where photographs are connected through emotional proximity, resonance, and an internal logic shaped by memory.
It is through the editing, both abrupt and almost imperceptible, that the narrative of a body in motion emerges: a gaze that records what exists at the margins, the gestures and in-between moments that carry the emotional weight of a generation.
